Refeeding the Adult and Adolescent Eating Disorder Patient

In this webinar, participants will learn about important clinical recommendations for a patient needing refeeding in the outpatient setting. The presenter will define refeeding and refeeding syndrome, and highlight how to assess risk for refeeding syndrome. Participants will learn strategies to determine expected body weight for a patient and the importance of weight restoration, when indicated. Risks of malnutrition will be highlighted, as well as key labs to review as part of the renourishment process.
